Welcome! Here at Taj Mapaw we as well as many other dog owners have elevated their furry canines to "Family Member" status and want to give them a more comfortable lifestyle. This is the foundation of The Taj Mapaw Canine Sleep Over concept of home style dog boarding. We only take a limited number of clients at a time to ensure they are given the proper attention and love, they become integrated into our home and a part of our family along with our own pets, they are never in cages, are free to roam the property and play with the other dogs that live here and they will sleep with us at night. There are no additional charges for special food, medications or walks, everything is all inclusive. Since we also offer grooming, if your pet stays overnight five days or longer you will receive a free going away bath if it is less then you will get a discount if you would like your pet groomed.
We provide individual play time and exercise on a regular basis. Please let us know what makes your dog happy. He or she may like to play tug-rope, or be brushed and talked to regularly. Whatever it is, we will try to make your pets' stay as enjoyable as possible by giving the type of attention he or she is used to. We understand you want the best for your canine companion and we look forward to making your dogs vacation a pleasant experience. We do provide bedding but feel free to bring your pets own bed and their favorite toy if you think that would make them more comfortable as sometimes it does. We also recommend that you bring your own food, a drastic change in a dogs diet can cause digestive upset to your pet, we are happy to feed them individually so as not to cause any problems with their digestive systems.
